This luxury holiday house is situated about one kilometre from the centre of Begur and is located on a mountain slope approximately 150 meters above sea level. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac which is why there is very little traffic and children can play safely.
This spacious house is suitable for 6 people and has a private garden with pool, garage and private access. The property consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room. The clear view of the Mediterranean Sea is spectacular.
The house is equipped with a nice, spacious kitchen. Among other things there is a dishwasher, a microwave, a gas cooker with oven, a large fridge/freezer, a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a large kitchen unit. The open plan format of the property with the kitchen flowing to the living-dining room and the garden area provides a tasteful and pleasant atmosphere.
The light and spacious lounge is tastefully decorated with a nice sitting area with open plan fireplace and a comfortable dining area for 8 people. You have central heating, a TV with satellite, a DVD-player and a stereo with CD/tuner at your disposal. There are various games and DVD's as well.
All three bedrooms sleep two people. They all provide free access to the garden area with the pool and clear views of the Mediterranean Sea. The master bedroom has a dressing area and en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, separate w.c, a bidet and 2 hand basins. The other 2 double bedrooms share a bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and a double hand basin. All bedrooms are provided with two single beds with continental quilts and pillows. If necessary you can also make use of a cot. In the hall there's also a guest toilet.
At the front of the house you have your own private access. In the garage, with an extra parking place on top, there's a separate washing space, with washing machine and dryer.
The garden, with a large lawn, provides a lot of privacy. There is ample space for the 4 sun loungers provided to relax, enjoy the sun and the beautiful views.
The private pool is built in a Roman style. From the covered terrace with hardwood garden furniture you can overlook the bay of Sa Riera. This bay is situated approximately one kilometre from the house and has a beautiful beach and some lovely beachside restaurants and bars.
